We're looking for a Brand & Content Executive who is a hybrid of a strategic creator and a trusted client partner. You'll work directly with brand owners—turning their vision into high-performing content and clearly communicating the value you're creating every step of the way.
- Full-Time range: 15,000,000 - 25,000,000 VND/month + Performance Bonuses
- Contractor (Part-time): To be discussed, depends on scope
Your Core Responsibilities
- Client Communication & Reporting: Act as the main point of contact for our brand owners. You will provide clear, regular updates, report on content performance, and highlight key wins (e.g., "Our new Reel reached 30k people in 48 hours!") to demonstrate the value of our work.
- Content Strategy & Execution: Plan and manage a content calendar that aligns with specific brand goals.
- Engaging Short-Form Video Creation: Script, shoot, and edit compelling short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) that capture attention.
- On-Brand Visual Design: Use Canva to produce high-quality graphics for social media, ads, and other marketing materials.
- Social Media & Brand Management: Own the day-to-day management of social media channels, ensuring a consistent brand voice and engaging with the community.
Required Skills & Experience: The Non-Negotiables
- Expertise in Short-Form Video: You are a pro with CapCut and live and breathe creating engaging Reels, TikToks, and Shorts. A portfolio is required.
- Visual Design Skills: You can quickly create stunning, on-brand graphics using Canva.
- Strategic Marketing Mindset: You understand the 'why' behind the 'what' and can explain your strategy to clients in a simple, confident way.
- Excellent English for Content & Communication: You can write compelling copy for a global audience and communicate professionally with clients.
- Professional Experience: Minimum 2 years in a digital marketing, content creation, or agency role.
