We seek an accomplished Fullstack Web Application Developer to specialize in the development of our Shopify applications. This position will concentrate exclusively on creating premier Shopify apps and extensions utilizing Remix JS (React framework) and TypeScript. We require a highly committed candidate capable of employing cutting-edge Shopify technologies and methodologies to engineer exceptional application experiences.
Job responsibilities
- Develop highly scalable, modular, and efficient code using Typescript.
- Architect React-based applications and collaborate with other developers to fulfill feature requirements.
- Participate in the Agile Scrum development and product teams to deliver high-quality software products such as Shopify applications.
- Resolve technical challenges through problem-solving and research.
- Conduct quality assurance and test product features.
- Oversee application deployment using Github Actions.
Qualifications
- Proficient in the web stack of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, with a focus on Remix JS.
- Good understanding of Data Structures & Object Oriented Programming.
- Experienced in Shopify ecosystem, or relevant experiences in Shopify app, extension or theme development.
- Familiarity with using Shopify's Liquid, GraphQL, REST APIs, and Polaris.
- Strong front-end skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to high-quality development.
- Optional: Knowledge of AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB or relevant AWS tools.
- Optional: Experienced in CI/CD devOps, deployment tools such as Github Action.
- Optional: UI/UX Design such as Figma.
